To use the real-money features of the spinwi Platform, you are required to create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. spinwi will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify spinwi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. spinwi reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected security breaches.
One Account Policy: Each player may hold only one registered Account on the spinwi Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the device, payment method, or identity used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
spinwi operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed and may be required to verify their identity at any point during their use of the Platform.

spinwi is not responsible for any fees, charges, or delays imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with deposit transactions.

In cases where spinwi has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, it may withhold any withdrawal pending investigation. Any amounts determined to be proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or deliberate low-risk wagering to satisfy requirements — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in Account termination.

spinwi's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
The spinwi Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spinwi makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
spinwi collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
spinwi will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform and detect fraud.
spinwi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, spinwi will notify registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the spinwi Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting spinwi support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which spinwi holds its operating licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and spinwi arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact spinwi's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. spinwi will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as designated by spinwi. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
